Pharmacy Service Implementation Coordinator Boise, ID and Portland, OR
Bring your knowledge of pharmacy administration to this role in which you will coordinate, support and organize clinical pharmacy services product delivery and implementation. Key qualifications and experience: High level of writing experience Demonstrated leadership competency with the ability to direct and coordinate activities of others both individually and within a project team setting or cross-functional work groups Coordinate activities with all levels of staff (physicians, pharmacists, leadership) and external business partners through clear and concise verbal and written communication Take complex information and communicate the detail into easily interpreted information for customers and business partners Independently organize, plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects within time constraints Effectively and independently negotiate and resolve complex and sensitive project and team issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness Work under pressure Develop Word and PowerPoint files and templates: Improving layout, formatting, and consistency Regence employees are part of the larger Cambia family of companies, which seeks to drive innovative health solutions.
