Description: Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center is in need of TECH Pharmacy 2 PRN right now, this job will be depute in Idaho. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Pharmacy Robot Tech position requires interrelation/communication with Pharmacists, Pharmacy supportive personnel, nurses, physicians, volunteers, medical students, pare! nts, visitors, patient's families, hospital personnel in committees, respiratory therapists, dietitians, and sales representatives.Sound professional judgment consistent with clinical/academic background and the hospital's requirements is essential. A Pharmacy Robot Tech enrolled in pharmacy school may do additional functions as allowed by state law for internsQUALIFICATIONS: Education and licensing: Registered through the Idaho Board of Pharmacy required. Completion of Pharmacy Technician Program or Equivalent.Nationally Certified as Pharmacy Technician, with 1 year experience as hospital pharmacy technician or enrolled in professional year 2 or 3 of pharmacy school.Age: 18 years of age or older.Experience: Two years experience preferred, but not required.Knowledge needed for the job includes inventory control, quality management principles, and medical terminology.
