- Full Time Infusion C! oordinator
- PRN Staff Nurse
- Comprehensive nursing assessment
- Establish IV access
- Patient teaching and/or instructions of medication and disease process
- Medication administration
- Patient safety, monitoring, and follow-up
- Managing the nursing functions of the site
- Coordinating patient care with pharmacist and physician
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong IV skills
- Home infusion experience preferred
- Daytime hours
- Physician office setting
- Direct patient interaction
- Autonomous work environment
- Interdisciplinary team environment
- Initial and on-going training
- Cutting-edge therapies
- Entrepreneurial atmosphere
- Support of nurses achieving ! and maintaining infusion credentialing
