Vibra Hospital of Boise , is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, 60-bed hospital, conveniently located in the middle of the “Treasure Valley†just south of I-84 off Eagle Road in Meridian. O! ur hospital specializes in the treatment of medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization. We are passionate about giving our patients the best chance at recovery from acute injury or illness by providing early and aggressive intervention in a critical care setting.
Vibra Hospital of Boise is seeking a Pharmacy Tech - PRN to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, performs a wide variety of technical and clerical duties related to the hospital wide unit dose drug distribution system. Prepares intravenous admixtures and extemporaneous drug preparations. Maintains confidential records. Fills and delivers stock request for pharmaceutical supplies to nursing units. Knowledge of the patient billing process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Minimum of six months hospital experience required.
I.V. Certification, HMS and Med Dispense experience p! referred.
Registration as a Pharmacy Tech in Idaho is requ! ired
