Job Description

Your role as the Medical Secretary based in London will be to play a key part in the administrative support team.

  • Diary management & bookings
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Organising consultants workload
  • Support clinicians with any queries
  • Being the first point of contact and the link between other internal departments.
  • Ensure all patient notes, patient details, referral letters and information are captured and dealt with accordingly
  • Liaise with clinical and administrative staff regarding investigations, appointments, inpatient stays; ensuring that all requested investigations or appointments are booked as requested

The Successful Applicant

You will be successful as the Medical Secretary if you;

  • Experience within an administrative/secretarial role
  • Secretarial and PA skills, within a fast paced environment handling a diverse workload
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
