Job Description
Your role as the Medical Secretary based in London will be to play a key part in the administrative support team.
- Diary management & bookings
- Responding to enquiries
- Organising consultants workload
- Support clinicians with any queries
- Being the first point of contact and the link between other internal departments.
- Ensure all patient notes, patient details, referral letters and information are captured and dealt with accordingly
- Liaise with clinical and administrative staff regarding investigations, appointments, inpatient stays; ensuring that all requested investigations or appointments are booked as requested
The Successful Applicant
You will be successful as the Medical Secretary if you;
- Experience within an administrative/secretarial role
- Secretarial and PA skills, within a fast paced environment handling a diverse workload
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
