Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify the growth areas of your business unit and drive the business by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key accounts.
- Manage the full sales life cycle of our company's manpower services.
- Nurture, grow and coach your team to ensure optimum service delivery and the satisfaction of your stakeholders.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns (both digital and non-digital) to strengthen company's positioning and expand market share of the locum therapy services division
- Manage ecommerce platforms:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day activities on ecommerce platforms
- Create and optimize product listings, ensure attractive and engaging content
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely restocking
- Analyze platform performance and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in push cart maintenance:
- Set up and dismantle the push cart shop as required
- Arrange and organize products on the push cart attractively to drive customer interest.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Address customer queries and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
