The Team and Administrator role


In this position you’ll be responsible for supporting our Thailand office, and primarily our Finance department, with a range of administrative tasks such as customer mandates, expenses, purchase orders, general paperwork & office management, and any other assistive duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, you’ll be efficient, reliable, and highly-organised, with a skill in prioritising projects and multi-tasking, whilst keeping a strong attention to detail.


What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative and clerical support around the office and across departments
  • Co-ordinating with colleagues to resolve administrative tasks and problems
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • Processing paperwork, assisting with language wherever necessary
  • Managing orders, purchase invoices and expenses
  • Liaising with Finance department to assist with customer mandates and other admin tasks
  • Performing data entry, preparing and modifying documents, including correspondence, memos and reports
  • Internal organisational support
  • Maintaining inventories and clear, consistent filing systems
  • Completing all other project work and duties as assigned

Data Privacy

Personal information about unsuccessful candidates will be held for 12 months after the recruitment exercise has been completed, it will then be destroyed or deleted. We retain de-personalised statistical information about applicants to help inform our recruitment activities, but no individuals are identifiable from that data.

Once a person has taken up employment with Guestline, we will compile a file relating to their employment. The information contained in this will be kept secure and will only be used for purposes directly relevant to that person’s employment. Once their employment with Guestline has ended, we will retain the file in accordance with the requirements of our retention schedule and then delete it.
