- You drive revenue growth and market share for VESTIGAS by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- You develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- You take responsibility for the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
- You collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- You help set and achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- You manage the sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS-Startups and/or the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence buying decisions.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them.
- Strong grasp of IT-systems and the interplay between different solutions, processes and APIs.
- Experience managing sales teams and driving performance through coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Fluency in German is required.
