• Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests;
• Deployment of inventory to client sites;
• Manage inbound including 3-way matching, purchase receipt in the system
• Ensure the accurate inventory record between system vs physical
• Handle outbound as per pick ticket request with nil discrepancy. Handle related transaction in the system for the outbound process
• Conduct monthly stock count and report the result
• Coordination of Delivery of consignments, ensuring timely delivery ahead of deadline dates set out by client;
• Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the globe;
• Perform regular inventory count and maintaining inventory stock levels on site;
• Asset tag auditing and management;
• Asset tagging of equipment;
• Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cycle counting as directed by Site Lead;
• Coordinate shipping to NAMER & Global locations
• Render operation support: inbound & outbound for other facility when it is required
• Any other projects assigned by management
