- Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests;
- Deployment of inventory to client sites;
- Manage inbound including 3-way matching, purchase receipt in the system
- Ensure the accurate inventory record between system vs physical
- Handle outbound as per pick ticket request with nil discrepancy. Handle related transaction in the system for the outbound process
- Conduct monthly stock count and report the result
- Coordination of Delivery of consignments, ensuring timely delivery ahead of deadline dates set out by client;
- Liaise daily with Inventory teams across the globe;
- Perform regular inventory count and maintaining inventory stock levels on site;
- Asset tag auditing and management;
- Asset tagging of equipment;
- Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cycle counting as directed by Site Lead;
- Coordinate shipping to NAMER & Global locations
- Render operation support: inbound & outbound for other facility when it is required
- Any other projects assigned by management
