RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Trade Strategy

  • Ensures leadership, volume planning, depot supply and deliver monthly company volume objectives, by brand, sku.
  • Deliver min 100% monthly company sales volume objectives based on agreed route sales target of region, area, and territory. Effective management of volume mix and market return thresholds which has commercial impact.
  • Deliver min 100% distribution target based on agreed number of routes.
  • Ensures the Region, Area, Territory cascade and implementation of all the company brand related directions.
  • Ensures proper utilization of trade marketing investments and budgets in accordance with the company guidelines.
  • Analyze Region, Territory, District and Distributor’s development on the company brand/s performance, define and utilize growth potential. Conduct field work min 3 days per week.

Internal DSO, Distributors & Customer Relations

  • Sets-up a positive business and personal relationship with sales team, distributors, Sub Dealers, wholesalers and retailers in order to ensure a long-term success within the assigned geographical area.
  • Lead role in negotiating with Finance, HR, Logistics, and Management on delivery of Shipments, and other business issues and concerns

Inventory Management

  • Ensures sufficient stock load and prevent Out of Stock (OOS) issues in distribution points.
  • Ensures Warehouse in charge compliance of FIFO to reduce Bad Order/Return Stocks incidence
  • Ensures proper management, utilization and inventory storage of subsidized assets/POSMs.

Sales Information Management

  • 100% Compliance with TME lite process
  • Ensures timely, accurate and complete daily, weekly and monthly set of reports.
  • Conducts weekly and monthly business review accompanying Sales Supervisors

Organization and People Development

  • Train Distributor field sales personnel to achieve targeted volume and sets-up in-store execution standards.
  • Assist to ensures feedbacks on the basic call procedure and sales trainings conducted by ground leaders are reinforced and observed by the Sales Supervisors in every call of the sales personnel.
  • Ensure weekly in-field coaching of SS and conducting fieldwork audit.

People management

  • Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
  • Be able to ensure compliance on all company and sales policies.

Other (if applicable)

  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any related discipline, supported by substantial experience in the sales function
  • Work Experience: 5 years minimum in a role of sales manager
  • Language: Fluent in oral and written English and Vietnamese
