It is 7on7off rotation with the hours of 9p-7:30a. They would like a pharmacist with at least 3-5 years of hospital in-patient experience. Duties include remote order entry for up to 3 facilities in the area. Experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy is required. They need to be able to work independently. Responsibilities include: medication profile review, medication order verification, pharmacokinetic management, distribution of medications and drug information.
