JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and ensure safety and health issues by conducting regular site observation/inspection/audits.
- Report any unsafe behavior and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Develop safety and health programs and training by conducting briefings and toolbox meetings, promoting awareness at the site
- Assist the SHO develop site requirements for emergency response plans, monitor the condition of the emergency supplies, and organize emergency exercises.
- Assist the SHO in any investigation of a workplace incident.
- Ascertain that the necessary Permits to Work (PTW) have been submitted, approved, and are displayed at the site.
- Support local authorities (DOSH, CIDB, the health department, etc.) with their work.
- Provide and maintain safety and health-related documents for the purpose of inspection.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of working experience in site and related to the occupational safety and health field.
- Experience working as client HSE representative will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Must be fluent in Bahasa & English.
- Must be able to use Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
