OAKBERRY AÇAÍ BOWLS is a company designed to meet an unattended demand in the food market: healthy fast food. Not everyone has enough time to eat healthily and fill up on energy, so our mission is to provide a delicious, natural, and nutritious experience quickly, changing the way fast food is perceived. We believe that time and good health are determining factors in our quality of life. We want to change the way fast food is seen and thought of. This is the main reason why OAKBERRY exists. Lack of time will no longer be an excuse for not eating well.
OAKBERRY’s açaí is 100% natural. Our recipe contains no food colorings, artificial preservatives, or guarana syrup. OAKBERRY seeks to preserve as much as possible all the benefits of the açaí berry throughout its production process. We are now present in 30+ countries, with 600+ stores and counting.

The job: “Counter Attendant”
- Follow OAKBERRY franchise standards and understanding of OAKBERRY products;
- Processing of orders from customers & payments. Including Uber Eats
- Opening and closing till;
- Preparation of açai bowls and smoothies;
- Maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation standards, taking care of equipment & machinery
- Stock inventory and stock organization
- Being able to explain menu items to customers with enthusiasm and descriptive language,
- Excellent customer service, nice and helpful attitude, making customers feel welcome
- Being able to assist customers with allergies or other dietary restrictions
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in catering is a big plus
- Good communication
- Time management
- Fluent in English. Dutch and Portuguese is a plus.
- Good organization and sense for cleanliness
- Multitasking
- Problem solving
