It plans to supply hydrogen fuel to both Australian customers and regional Asia Pacific markets, through the production of Green, Emerald, and Turquoise Hydrogen. Concurrently, the Company is developing natural gas projects directly in Australia and Botswana and through a strategic investment it holds in a Botswana- focused energy company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The Role

Pure Hydrogen has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manage. The role would be involved in the running of the office and strong input into the Investor Relations and coordinator with PR and IR professionals to optimise press coverage. Reporting directly to the Managing Director this role will allow significant input into the Company’s development and its communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to

  • Management Support
  • Arrange Travel and Events Schedules
  • Reviewing and preparing Flyers and Public Announcements
  • Minute taking in Management/Board Meetings
  • Maintain up to date & accurate record keeping/filing
  • Maintain office registers and Policy & Procedures documentation
  • Data entry into multiple systems
  • Order & purchase office supplies, materials & equipment
  • Have strong communications skills – both written & verbal
  • Be proficient in MS Office especially spreadsheet development, maintenance and development of standard forms for use throughout the organisation
  • Good attention to detail with a strong work ethic
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Be extremely pro-active

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00 – $42.75 per hour

Experience:
